REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY ELECTRONIC MEANS \u2013 ONLINE PRINTING HOUSE<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

\u00a7 1. General provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The Regulations define the rules for using the website and providing services electronically by the company PW DANPOL DANIEL WITKOWSKI, which runs an online printing house at www.drukarnia-danpol.pl<\/strong>, hereinafter referred to as the "Printing House".<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The owner of the website is: PW DANPOL DANIEL WITKOWSKI<\/strong>, with its registered office: Gliwice 44-100 Kalinowa 54<\/strong>, Tax Identification Number: 6310026043<\/strong>, REGON:<\/strong> 270168724, email: biuro@drukarnia-danpol.pl<\/strong>, tel.: 322388003<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. The Regulations are continuously available on the Printing House's website in a manner enabling them to be downloaded, saved and printed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u00a7 2. Definitions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. Client \u2013 a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, using the services of the Printing House.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Consumer \u2013 a customer who is a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Account \u2013 a user account created after registration, enabling the placement of orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Services \u2013 printing services provided at the Client\u2019s request, including printing leaflets, books, catalogues, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Materials \u2013 graphic files or documents sent by the Customer for the purpose of order fulfillment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. Regulations \u2013 this document.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      \u00a7 3. Technical conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        \n
      1. To use the services you need:\n
          \n
        • Internet access,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • active email address.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • The printing house is not responsible for any disruptions resulting from failure to meet the above conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          \u00a7 4. Rules for placing orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

          1. The customer can place orders via:\n
              \n
            • form on the website,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • e-mail,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • User account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The condition for order fulfillment is:\n
                \n
              • the Client provides correct printing materials,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • acceptance of files for printing,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • making payments (unless the parties agree otherwise).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • The Client is fully responsible for the content of the submitted materials and confirms that he or she holds the copyright or license to them.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                \u00a7 5. Prices and payments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                  \n
                1. All prices are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices (including VAT).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                2. Available payment methods are:\n
                    \n
                  • traditional transfer,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • fast online payments (e.g. Przelewy24, PayU),<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • card payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                  • The printing house reserves the right to change prices without notice, provided that this does not apply to orders already accepted for execution.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                    \n\n\n\n

                    \u00a7 6. Order fulfillment and delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                      \n
                    1. The completion date is counted from the moment:\n
                        \n
                      • acceptance of files for printing by the Printing House,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • payment is recorded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • The Printing House is not responsible for delays resulting from errors in files sent by the Client.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Shipping is via courier companies or personal collection is possible (if offered).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                      • Delivery costs are indicated before placing your order.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                        \n\n\n\n

                        \u00a7 7. Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                          \n
                        1. The customer has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from the date of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                        2. The complaint must include:\n
                            \n
                          • description of the defect,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • photos documenting the problem,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • order number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • Complaints are considered within 14 days of receiving complete information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                          • If the complaint is accepted, the Printing House undertakes to:\n
                              \n
                            • re-perform the service at your own expense,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                            • or a refund of part or all of the payment \u2013 depending on the situation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                              \n\n\n\n

                              \u00a7 8. Withdrawal from the contract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                \n
                              1. Pursuant to Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of the provision of services performed upon individual request (e.g. personalized printing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                              2. In other cases, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                \n\n\n\n

                                \u00a7 9. Personal data protection (GDPR)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  \n
                                1. The personal data controller is PW DANPOL DANIEL WITKOWSKI,<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                2. The Customer's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, issuing accounting documents and handling complaints.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                3. Detailed rules can be found in Privacy Policy<\/strong> available on the website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
                                  \n\n\n\n

                                  \u00a7 10. Final provisions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

                                  1. The regulations are subject to Polish law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                  2. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code or consumer protection regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                                  3. The Printing House reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes will not affect orders placed before they come into effect.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
