Thanks to piezoelectric technology with water-based ink and native resolution 600 x 600 dpi, The Kirin 440 ensures excellent text quality and tonal gradations – crucial when printing black and white and educational books. Horizon BQ-270V

Horizon BQ-270V is an advanced, single-clamp binder, ideal for modern printing houses and publishing houses that prioritize flexibility, quality, and speed of order fulfillment. Thanks to the built-in system automatic measurement of book block thickness, each piece is precisely framed – without the need for manual adjustments, which significantly reduces changeover times and eliminates the risk of errors.

The machine uses EVA glue, ensuring a strong and aesthetic connection between cards and the cover. It supports blocks up to 50 mm thick and formats corresponding to most publishing standards. The compact design, intuitive touchscreen, and automatic settings make it BQ-270V is an excellent solution for both low and medium volumes and on-demand production.

In our bindery we work two Perfecta 74 guillotines – reliable and precise paper cutting machines, designed for intensive and repetitive work in a production environment. Thanks to its robust construction and high cutting accuracy, the Perfecta 74 is ideal for preparing book blocks, covers, and printing materials of various formats.

Advanced programming features, an intuitive control panel, and quick changeovers allow for efficient handling of both single and large-volume orders. Regardless of the paper stack's size and thickness, Perfecta 74 ensures a clean, sharp cut – always repeatable and as designed.

Mercury 530NG This advanced laminating machine is designed for publishers and printing houses that value the durability and aesthetics of books, catalogs, and other publications. Thanks to its modern design and precise foil application, the system guarantees even, smooth, and scratch-resistant surface protection.

As standard, the laminating machine is equipped with:

Jogger 530 – a shaking table ensuring perfect arrangement of sheets before laminating,
Foiler 530 – a set of metallized foils for effective and durable finishes,

Gathering and sewing tower Duplo 5000

Duplo 5000 is an advanced, modular saddle stitch binding line in our printing house, working at speeds up to 5,000 A5 brochures per hour or 10,000 sets collected. The system allows for the production of up to 100-page booklets and quick switching between tasks thanks to its memory for 13 programs.

High-capacity (60mm) vacuum collators eliminate double-feeds, ensuring smooth, uninterrupted operation. Modular design allows expansion to up to six collator towers, allowing the system to easily adapt to changing production needs.

Intuitive LCD touchscreen controls and the ability to refill trays while printing make the Duplo 5000 a reliable and efficient solution for professional booklet production.
