REGULATIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES BY ELECTRONIC MEANS – ONLINE PRINTING HOUSE
§ 1. General provisions
- The Regulations define the rules for using the website and providing services electronically by the company PW DANPOL DANIEL WITKOWSKI, which runs an online printing house at www.drukarnia-danpol.pl, hereinafter referred to as the "Printing House".
- The owner of the website is: PW DANPOL DANIEL WITKOWSKI, with its registered office: Gliwice 44-100 Kalinowa 54, Tax Identification Number: 6310026043, REGON: 270168724, email: [email protected], tel.: 322388003.
- The Regulations are continuously available on the Printing House's website in a manner enabling them to be downloaded, saved and printed.
§ 2. Definitions
- Client – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, using the services of the Printing House.
- Consumer – a customer who is a natural person concluding a contract not directly related to his or her business or professional activity.
- Account – a user account created after registration, enabling the placement of orders.
- Services – printing services provided at the Client’s request, including printing leaflets, books, catalogues, etc.
- Materials – graphic files or documents sent by the Customer for the purpose of order fulfillment.
- Regulations – this document.
§ 3. Technical conditions
- To use the services you need:
- Internet access,
- a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled,
- active email address.
- The printing house is not responsible for any disruptions resulting from failure to meet the above conditions.
§ 4. Rules for placing orders
- The customer can place orders via:
- form on the website,
- e-mail,
- User account.
- The condition for order fulfillment is:
- the Client provides correct printing materials,
- acceptance of files for printing,
- making payments (unless the parties agree otherwise).
- The Client is fully responsible for the content of the submitted materials and confirms that he or she holds the copyright or license to them.
§ 5. Prices and payments
- All prices are given in Polish zloty and are gross prices (including VAT).
- Available payment methods are:
- traditional transfer,
- fast online payments (e.g. Przelewy24, PayU),
- card payment.
- The printing house reserves the right to change prices without notice, provided that this does not apply to orders already accepted for execution.
§ 6. Order fulfillment and delivery
- The completion date is counted from the moment:
- acceptance of files for printing by the Printing House,
- payment is recorded.
- The Printing House is not responsible for delays resulting from errors in files sent by the Client.
- Shipping is via courier companies or personal collection is possible (if offered).
- Delivery costs are indicated before placing your order.
§ 7. Complaints
- The customer has the right to submit a complaint within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The complaint must include:
- description of the defect,
- photos documenting the problem,
- order number.
- Complaints are considered within 14 days of receiving complete information.
- If the complaint is accepted, the Printing House undertakes to:
- re-perform the service at your own expense,
- or a refund of part or all of the payment – depending on the situation.
§ 8. Withdrawal from the contract
- Pursuant to Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the case of the provision of services performed upon individual request (e.g. personalized printing).
- In other cases, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
§ 9. Personal data protection (GDPR)
- The personal data controller is PW DANPOL DANIEL WITKOWSKI,
- The Customer's personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, issuing accounting documents and handling complaints.
- Detailed rules can be found in Privacy Policy available on the website.
§ 10. Final provisions
- The regulations are subject to Polish law.
- Any disputes will be resolved by the competent common court in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code or consumer protection regulations.
- The Printing House reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions. Changes will not affect orders placed before they come into effect.
